We recommend you to use your packing slip as that allows for a seamless exchange. All items *must* be unworn and unwashed. Upon receipt, we will process your exchange and have a new order mailed out to you. Please keep in mind that you will cover the return shipping costs of the item(s) that will be mailed to us. There is no cost when we ship out the new products!

Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date your order was delivered. If you do not wish to exchange at all, we will gladly provide a store refund in the amount of the item purchased. The refund will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
